Growth Manager / Growth Lead

Shipia, our cloud-based platform delivers integrated Warehouse, Shipping, and CRM solutions to optimize logistics operations for e-commerce retailers and logistics providers. In 2026 we will be deploying several AI tools.


Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Manager leads data-driven strategies across marketing, product, and sales to boost customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion across APAC and Central Asia, focusing on experimentation (growth hacking) to optimize the entire user funnel, from initial awareness to lifetime value. Reports to CEO and managing cross-functional teams, tech stacks, and campaigns, bridging the gap between product-led experiences and traditional marketing. 


Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement growth plans, focusing on the      full funnel (AARRR metrics: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
  • Experimentation: Drive A/B testing, user research, and data analysis to find scalable growth levers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align efforts.
  • Data & Analytics: Manage growth metrics and reporting.
  • User Experience: Optimize onboarding, conversion, and user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Utilize knowledge of Meta and Google Ads to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Australian headquarters to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy.
  • Lead the e-commerce and paid media team to achieve growth targets.

What is required and what we’re looking for:

  • 2-3+ years Growth Hack experience, preferably SaaS or logistics/tech
  • Proven track record in in driving revenue and user growth in B2B SaaS, digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives
  • Experience with digital acquisition, partnerships, and product-led growth
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver who connects the dots and acts decisively
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; structured yet adaptable; no task too small when it drives the bigger vision
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with exceptional written and verbal      communication skills
